Personal Style Files: Breaking out the Faux Fur

Happy Friday, loves! I've been totally MIA this week, and do apologize. Blame it on my upper respiratory infection. But, I'm back in the saddle today sharing another outfit post. This week's shots are bit limited thanks to the very short attention span of my "photographer", but we're here! So enjoy!

The cool temps are rolling in, so it was high time to break out the fall essentials, i.e. the faux fur vest. I paired mine with a simple black turtle neck shirt and wide leg trouser jeans.

Oh, and you may have noticed that my hair is a bit different. I took on the challenge of straightening it myself. The hubs likes it a lot (I think it reminds him of the "old" me), so I think I'll be rocking this look for a little while.

The black and white shots are a happy accident. It happens with 4 year old photographer. I think they're my favorite.

Get this Look: Wendy's Lookbook

It's Monday and I'm back with another "Get this..." installment. This time, it's a look, courtesy of the super fashionable, Wendy Nguyen, of Wendy's Lookbook.
Color Love-3
I love Wendy's looks, however, the pieces that make up her looks are rarely attainable on my budget. So, I decided to set out on a search for her look for less. I have to say that I'm pretty happy with what I found.

ELLAZHU Yellow Blazer - Amazon
Green Pleated Peplum Top - Mango
Rock Star Ankle - Zip Jeans - Old Navy
